Certification - Territory Manager (Rev 11/23)

The SoftWash Systems Territory Manager Learning Path is the third in a series of five Certification Learning Paths which must be taken in the appropriate order. It consists of ten individual classes to help cover every aspect of training for your newest hire. From providing the job description to covering classes such as “Selling Soft Washing” to “Positional Marketing”, this course covers it all. Rest easy knowing that your Territory Manager is professionally trained, prepared, and confident in their new role. 

PREREQUISITES: The Assistant Tech and Lead Tech Learning Paths are a pre-requisite to this one. It is required that your Territory Manager already has taken those Learning Paths and passed them. Those courses are included in this Learning Path, but will show as Complete if already taken. No courses are duplicated, but they build upon each other.

Your Territory Manager must pass a required exam at the end of training with an 80% or higher percentage, giving you the confidence of an educated and knowledgeable Territory Manager.

Successful completion of this path and exam will lead to a Certification of Territory Manager.
