SoftWash Systems Certified Applicator is the first level of education required when you decide to join our network of Affiliates. Brought to you by AC Lockyer, he will take you on a journey through 4 main categories that pertain specifically to the art of soft washing. Tools Duties Safety Surfaces AC will share with you his own experiences in the field as well as what he has picked up over the past years guiding others in the roof and exterior industry in the categories listed above. Our 20-class course is designed to equip you, the owner, with the knowledge and power to operate your business from the cleaning perspective.  Our goal at SoftWash Systems is to set you up for success. Part of that success comes with SoftWash Systems Academy Online. When you purchase our Certified Applicator Course it will come with online access to the material and supporting documents that accompany the course. Once you complete the necessary steps to become a Certified Applicator, your account on Academy Online will be upgraded to ‘Manager’ status, and you will then be able to purchase courses that best fit your team members' path. Your Certified Applicator certification will last 2 years from the date you pass your test. This is the complete program, consisting of 20 modules to elevate you from the Certified Applicator to an Authorized Professional. With these 20 classes, you will learn what the Authorized Model is and represents in the soft wash industry. We will cover 4 main categories: Models, Systems, Professionalism, and Compliance. Each category is broken down into 5 classes that will cover various areas of your business, from Tracking ​&​ Measuring to Organizational Charts to Network Standards to Your First Truck. The information in this course will take you from being an Owner/Technician to being an Owner/Manager, as well as prepare you for getting off the truck and into your business. The Five Star Company Course is the third level of education for our Affiliate companies. AC Lockyer himself guides you through four main categories that pertain specifically to the art of running a soft washing business.  Job Descriptions The Facility  Business Development Protocols and Procedures  AC will share with you his own experience in running a multi-million dollar soft washing company, as well as what he has picked up over the years of mentoring, guiding, and helping businesses in their growth process. This 20 course program is designed to equip already successful businesses in improving their model and functions.  Our goal at SoftWash Systems is to set you up for success. Part of that success comes with SoftWash Systems Academy Online. When you purchase our Five Star Company Course it will come with online access to the material and supporting documents that accompany the course. Job Description and Protocols and Procedures courses are designed to be able to use as a training guide in itself.  The Five Star Learning Path includes the course itself, completion of verification assignments, and an onboarding phone call by one of our staff members to make sure we have all the information we need to recognize you as a Five Star Affiliate on our website and our FaceBook page, as well as provide information on branding for your new status. The SoftWash Systems Administrator Learning Path consists of ten individual classes to help cover every aspect of training, and is the fifth and final in a series of five Certification Learning Paths which MUST be taken in the appropriate order. From providing the job description to covering classes on human resources, various manuals, and accounting practices, this course is the complete package.  PREREQUISITES: The Assistant Tech, Lead Tech, Territory Manager, and Assistant Manager Learning Paths are pre-requisites to this one. It is required that your Administrator already has taken those Learning Paths and passed them - they need to really know your business! Those courses are included in this Learning Path, but will show as Complete if already taken. No courses are duplicated, but they build upon each other.  Your Administrator must pass a required exam at the end of training with an 80% or higher percentage, giving you the confidence of having an educated and knowledgeable Administrator to lead your office.  Successful completion of this course and exam will lead to the Certification of Administrator. The SoftWash Systems Assistant Manager Learning Path consists of ten individual classes to help cover every aspect of training, and is the fourth in a series of five Certification Learning Paths which must be taken in the appropriate order. From providing the job description to covering classes such as “Quality Control ​&​ Customer Care" to “Tracking and Measuring", this course is the complete package.  PREREQUISITES: The Assistant Tech, Lead Tech, and Territory Manager Learning Paths are pre-requisites to this one. It is required that your Assistant Manager already has taken those Learning Paths and passed them - they need to really know your business! Those courses are included in this Learning Path, but will show as Complete if already taken. SoftWash Systems Assistant Technician training consists of ten individual classes to cover every aspect of training your newest hire and is the first and basic prerequisite for all five of the certification courses we offer. Your Assistant Technician will most likely be your first hire, so make sure their foundational training is solid. From providing job descriptions to covering classes such as “Science and Technology of Soft Washing” and “Personal Protective Equipment”, you can be assured that your Assistant Technician has the correct training. Two of the most important classes are covered in this course – “Plant Protection” and “Property Protection” to ensure your Assistant Tech knows the importance of taking care of your client’s possessions and land. After completing these ten classes, your Assistant Technician will be required to pass a final test with 80% or higher, ensuring you of their knowledge and understanding.  Successful completion of this course and exam will lead to the Certification of Assistant Technician.
