Certification - Assistant Manager (Rev 11/23)

The SoftWash Systems Assistant Manager Learning Path consists of ten individual classes to help cover every aspect of training, and is the fourth in a series of five Certification Learning Paths which must be taken in the appropriate order. From providing the job description to covering classes such as “Quality Control ​&​ Customer Care" to “Tracking and Measuring", this course is the complete package. 

PREREQUISITES: The Assistant Tech, Lead Tech, and Territory Manager Learning Paths are pre-requisites to this one. It is required that your Assistant Manager already has taken those Learning Paths and passed them - they need to really know your business! Those courses are included in this Learning Path, but will show as Complete if already taken. No courses are duplicated, but they build upon each other. 

Your Assistant Manager must pass a required exam at the end of training with an 80% or higher percentage, giving you the confidence of having an educated and knowledgeable Assistant Manager. 

Successful completion of this course and exam will lead to the Certification of Assistant Manager.
